Call Of Duty: Warzone 2 File Size Rumoured To Be 115GB

Call of Duty: Warzone 2 is only five days away and, reportedly, its file size has already leaked. According to leaker Warzone 2 Informer, it'll take up 115.62GB of your storage, nearly a sixth of the PS5's.

That's even more concerning for those with an Xbox Series S as it can only hold 512GB worth of games, meaning that Warzone 2 will take up just over a quarter of its hard drive (thanks, GamesRadar). This isn't anything new for Warzone, though, as it currently sits at 95.29GB on Xbox and 100.778GB on PlayStation.

That being said, you had to download Modern Warfare to access Warzone in the past, and it's unclear if that will remain the same for Warzone 2 with Modern Warfare 2, which would inflate the required hard drive space even further. Safe to say, you'll be deleting a few games to make room for the battle royale juggernaut.

Activision has yet to reveal the file size so we'll have to wait and see if this leak pans out, so take it with a grain of salt. Regardless, it's a safe bet that it'll be north of 100GB given the first Warzone's size, so if you want to download it on day one, you're gonna have to say your goodbyes to those games on your backlog that you swear you'll get around to one day. At least, for now.

While you're waiting for its launch, there's already a glimpse of its new map Al Mazrah out in the wild thanks to a YouTuber who used the god mode glitch to push out of the boundaries in a Modern Warfare 2 map. Normally, pushing out of bounds would kill you, but instead, it pushed JGod out of the helicopter seat until they wedged into safety. And with that, they were able to fly above the ground and see the new battle royale map in its early, less detailed stages.
