It looks like the new Batman game coming from WB Montreal wil be revealed soon
Batman fans, get those cowls over your faces, practice your best Christian Bale impression and get ready to inflict life-changing-but-not-lethal damage on your enemies because it looks like WB Games is about to announce something big.
This week, we the voice actor of Bruce Wayne in the Arkham games let slip a nugget of information that hints an announcement about a new Batman game is coming very soon.
Roger Craig Smith, Batman's voice actor in Arkham Origins, tweeted a very suspicious tweet that seemed to suggest he's working on a new project… specifically, a new videogame project.
As if that's not enough for you, Warner Bros PR manager Gary Miereanu responds to Smith's tweet and promises that the publisher will be revealing something about its next project "reasonably soon".
Getting excited yet?
This comes after a job listing was revealed back in August that noted Warner Bros was looking for a community manager to “help build an engaged and loyal community for a AAA unannounced game”.
So it looks like all the engines are in gear for the latest DC game coming out of Warner Bros. to be announced very shortly.
The current rumours state that Osama Dorias, a designer at WB Montreal, is heading up a new game that's rumoured to be based on the Batman: Court of Owls storyline.
If information is due to come soon, we could see the project unveiled at either XO 2019 conference, that will be taking place in London from November 14 this year.
It's the next big gaming event to take place, and if we don't hear about the game there, it's likely we'll hear about it from The Game Awards (which takes place, this year, on December 12 ).
