Sure, you already have a ton of things to worry about in Persona 4 Golden with everything happening around Inaba, but you’ll be way more effective at handling what comes your way with some cash in your pocket. And one of the best ways to earn some yen is by spending some time working at one of your part-time jobs.

P4G offers a little bit of everything, from origami to childcare, but each job offers different pay scales, benefits, and social links. For everything you need to know about the part-time jobs in Persona 4 Golden, we’ve got you covered.

How Do Part-Time Jobs Work?

In the North Shopping District, you’ll find a Bulletin Board, and it’s here that you can find the job postings. In order to accept a job, you’ll only need to interact with the listing on the Bulletin Board.

However, many of the jobs will have limitations, requiring certain skill levels before you can accept the position. You’ll need to work on your social stats for many reasons throughout the game, but check back after achieving the required rank. Then, you can accept the job.

After accepting a job, take note of when each job is available. Your time in Inaba is limited, and you’ll want to make the most of every day. Each job has set times during which it’s available to work, so keep this schedule in mind.

Once you’re ready to work, head to the bus stop in the South Shopping District when the job is available, and take the bus to your desired location. Going to work will consume a time slot.

Once you accept a job, you have no obligation to work at any set time.

Accepting a job unlocks the ability to work, which can then be done whenever the job is available.

Each job offers different benefits. All of them will pay you varying amounts of money, and each job also offers a boost to at least one social stat.

Additionally, there are four social links you can’t begin until you meet them at one of the part-time jobs (which we'll elaborate on below), so plan ahead.
