SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake – Lost Pennies Location Guide

A major aspect of Mr. Krabs' personality is that he loves money. He particularly seems fond of pennies and will go to great lengths to acquire some. Unfortunately for him, in SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake, plenty of them got lost when Bikini Bottom fell apart.

Thus, shortly after finishing the Pirate Goo Lagoon world, you can talk to him to trigger a mission that tasks you with finding them. Thankfully, they're all in Pirate Goo Lagoon, so you don't have to go to a bunch of different worlds to get them. Yet, it is still quite a large search area. To make things easier, this guide shows their locations.

Lost Penny One Location

The first penny in the Pirate Goo Lagoon isn't until you reach the large button that has its own island. You can ground pound this button to move the floating platforms.

To reach this penny, you want to shift the platforms so they're on your right from where you landed on the island. Jump up them to reach the area above. From there, you can find the penny in the corner, next to a broken boat.

Lost Penny Two Location

While progressing through the world, you get to a large tree. Around it, there are four paths to go. One of them leads right to a penny.

Where it is compared to your own location depends on which route you took to the tree. So, just check all the paths to find the collectible.

Lost Penny Three Location

You can get this penny once you reach the large sand castle. It's in the middle of the structure, hidden behind stone blocks. Thankfully, there is a tiki one among them.

So, set that off to make it blow up the stone ones. This creates a clear path to the penny.

Lost Penny Four Location

This penny is easy to get. All you have to do is go into the menu and select the Shipwreck Treasure checkpoint.

Once you teleport to it, turn to your right to see a penny atop a sunken mast.

Lost Penny Five Location

The Port Jelly Royal is the closest checkpoint to this penny. Yet, it's still not incredibly near. You have to progress forward for a while and make it across several ships and platforms.

Eventually, you reach another part of the town. Once you do, head right to locate the penny sitting atop a boat.

Return The Pennies To Mr. Krabs

The quest doesn't end when you collect all the pennies. You need to give them to Mr. Krabs to achieve your reward of a gold coin.

Depending on where you are in the story, he will either be in front of the Chum Bucket or the Krusty Krab.
