The HTC Vive Pro Starter kit is £200 off at John Lewis – BEFORE Black Friday
If you've been looking for a chance to jump into VR on PC, then John Lewis has a great deal for you to kick off the savings season ahead of Black Friday.
The retailer is offering a whopping £200 off of one of the best Virtual Reality headsets, the HTC Vive Pro Starter Kit – bringing the price down to £919.95 (was £1,199.95).
It's not just the headset, either. This bundle includes two base stations to allow room tracking, two controllers, and a variety of accessories including all the required cables, wrist straps and a cleaning cloth – allowing you to jump into the world of VR once you've connected it to your PC.

There's even a £75 voucher for VIVEPORT, HTC's game store – so you can treat yourself to a game or two to kickstart your journey.
HTC's VIVE Pro is arguably the most immersive VR headset, with an incredible 2880p resolution across both screens and 3D audio sound via headphones – with noise cancellation, too.
They use SteamVR tracking, which calculates your play area so you can walk around in-game worlds, unlike something like PlayStation VR that only offers head-tracking.
When is Black Friday?
The biggest shopping event of the year, Black Friday, kicks off this year on November 29. It's a chance for many shoppers to get started on their Christmas shopping, and originated from the US as a post-Thanksgiving tradition.
Amazon bought it to the UK in 2010, but it was actually Asda (owned by US chain Walmart) that popularised the event – with their huge sale on electrical goods in 2013.
