Xbox Live Gold UPDATE ahead of Xbox Games with Gold June reveal

The Games with Gold June 2019 lineup looks set to be revealed by Microsoft next week.

The tech giant has been making their announcements much closer to the end of the month, and there’s no reason to think they won’t do it for June 2019.

So far there have been no leaks or hints dropped by Microsoft, meaning it’s anyone’s guess what will be included during the month of E3.

But before we find out more about the new Xbox One free games being released next month, there are an interesting Deals with Gold sale going on right now.

Deals with Gold is run every week and includes a new lineup every seven days announced by Xbox’s Larry Hryb.

But this week’s is a little a different as it’s been revealed that Xbox Backwards Compatibility titles are the main focus.

“The biggest Xbox Backward Compatibility Sale ever is going on now until 27 May and includes discounts on 200+ titles and up to 75% off,” Hryb revealed on Twitter this week.

The sale includes top games from the Xbox 360, including Red Dead Redemption and Far Cry 3, among a huge list of others.

These can all be found on the Xbox Game Store and comes with varying discounts if you’re an Xbox Live Gold subscription.

There are also Xbox One games that can be purchased at discounted prices on the Xbox Game Store too.

Deals with Gold this week also includes No Man’s Sky, Just Cause 4, Darkest Dungeon, Conan Exiles, Overcooked! 2 and What Remains of Edith Finch.

There’s plenty of other Xbox One games to choose, all of which will remains available to buy until May 28.

The Games with Gold titles from May remain available to download on Xbox One.

While not Microsoft’s strongest lineup ever, Xbox Live Gold subscribers can still download the likes of Marooners and The Golf Club 2 Featuring PGA Tour.

The remain free Xbox 360 game for May is Comic Jumper, which will be replaced on June 1 by something new.

For those that have never used it before, Games with Gold is available to all Xbox Live Gold members and can be redeemed from the Gold widget on the Xbox One home screen.

When you select a game, it’ll be stored in your account and ready for download when you sign in to your console.

It should also be noted that new Games with Gold titles become available on the first and the sixteenth day of every month.
